Dr. Marko A Miljkovic, MD

My PCP wasn't available, so I saw this Dr. He asked questions. Appeared to be listening. Checked the rashes in my body. He semi diagnosed me. He told me the pills he was going to prescribe and told me how to take them. The med waiting for me at the pharmacy was a cream that wasn't close to what he said he'd prescribe. I called the nurse line. A message was sent to this Dr and he responded to the nurse that he "prescribed" the cream and denied a Rx for the med he told me he would prescribe. I feel as if I was gaslighted. He's new to the practice I've been going to for 17 years. IDK who hired him, especially based on the bad reviews.

I was placed with Dr. Miljkovic on a temporary basis after my family doctor moved away. I have numerous chronic medical conditions that require a delicate balance with my medications. Not only did he question my rheumatologist’s treatment of my autoimmune disorder and suggest medications known to be dangerous for me to take, but he also chose to take me off two other medications for another illness that I have been on for years with no issues and put me on something else. I had explained to him that these medications were not the cause of a specific issue with my blood test results, but he didn’t seem to listen. This change caused my blood sugar to spike to dangerous levels. When I called to request going back on my previous medications, he said no and prescribed insulin without personally consulting me after I had already refused it during my appointment. Looking back at the notes from my appointment, he noted an illness that I don’t even have and that we had never even discussed!

Went to Dr Miljkovic (first time seeing him). I was suffering from a second bronchitis infection. I was also taking a drug called lorazepam. I had been taking this medication for more than 20 yrs. I never had an issue and this medicine was providing help in anxiety and sleeping problems. My doctor retired and I had no reason to believe that I would be denied this medication by a new doctor. Dr miljkovic immediately refused to refill my prescription saying my doctor was over prescribing patients.

Rude! Rushed! Told me my past five years of Dr care was wrong and refused to continue the care I was receiving by a dr that moved away. Prescribed three medications that had warning about taking together including death. Listed health issues on my chart that were never discussed nor issues I have ever had. Complaint filed - do not trust this dr.
