Agree with the other reviews. Dr. Shute is both my and my wife's PCP. She takes a lot of time with you for your appointments and takes your concerns seriously. She is very responsive via the online portal. I think she's the only doctor I've met that for even very minor concerns she investigates to make sure you feel peace of mind. You can tell she enjoys her job. She's professional, but also makes you feel respected and cared for - the way every doctor should be.

Dr. Shute has a very calming nature which allowed me to feel comfortable describing my symptoms and the impact they have on my life. She listened to me and was respectful of my feelings. It was a welcome change to have a doctor do such a thorough job checking lab results and taking my concerns seriously. She gave specific instructions for me to better my health and follow up with other providers. I am grateful to have found her and feel more in control of my health. For internal medicine, yes I recommend!

When I read the reviews about Dr. Shute, I had high hopes for a kind, patient doctor. Dr. Shute far exceeded my expectations. She was informative, did not rush at all, and was beyond the kind and patient doctor I was hoping for. I am so happy I found her!

Dr. Shute is the most caring and experienced physician I have had. After years of menstrual complications and working with a handful of doctors Dr. Shute was the first medical professional that diagnosed and treated me correctly. Each time I have gone in for an appointment with Dr. Shute I feel like I am her priority as she never seems rushed, but instead dedicates the proper time to examine, explain, and communicate diagnoses and care plans with me. I have left each appointment thanking her.

I dont get why people are saying anything bad about this Dr. I have found Dr Shute to be a wonderful caring person who takes the time to listen and make you aware of the issues and fixes and talks with you and seems to care about the patient more then any Dr. I have experienced in the L&M system. My only concern about Dr Shute is that SHE DOESNT LEAVE! Or that L&M doesnt ditch her like they have to other fantastic women Drs for no good reason like Dr Arguelis..shameful L&M seems to be about $$$$

In my personal opinion she doesn't deserve a star. Please stay away from this doctor. I took my parents to this clinic. My mother had several mild strokes as face numbness, fainting & so on and she consulted her to lay down & not seek immediate attention to this symptoms.Really? My mother got diagnosed with breast cancer shortly after & she showed no sympathy at all and did just the opposite, told her she was ok to go back to work & so on. It's a shame L&M brought a doc like her to our community

It is very unfortunate to say that Dr. Shute doesn't really care about her patient. Medication was prescribed by her but never followed up for me to receive this medication. Not only that but not caring and helping with my illness. My calls were never returned and questions never answered and forms never returned. Her nurses are confused of their job and an overall bad experience. I would say go to a doctor with experience instead of Dr. Shute.

I encourage anyone that is looking for a family doctor not to see Dr. Shute. Speaking from my own experience heart to heart with anyone that has medical problems and wants a caring, dedicated, experienced and professional physician, this is not the doctor you want to see. My mother had many health conditions and she failed to help her out, she failed to fill out authorization forms for my mother to get the treatment and medication needed. Very sad doctors like that exist.

My first time meeting Dr. Shute, she was very nice and down to earth. She made me feel comfortable talking to her and asking questions. She provided me with information in detail about medications and was not quick to prescribe the highest dosage. I appreciate her honesty and caring and kind professional attitude. I definitely recommend her to everyone.
