Is there a zero Star please ??
I have been a patient with dr Merlcer for over 5 years and, very professional on what he does but I can't take his Rudeness anymore, After see the other reviews I see the same thing happen to other people. When you have a question he always shut you up and said that his typing , does not listen to you, always rush you out of there, I'm passing a Kidney Stone now and he gave me 3 medications but it was confusing the way he explained me how to take the medication and I simply ask him if he could please explain again and he look at me with a very mad no patience and told this way ' ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? I ALREADY TOLD YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO DO AND YOU ARE ASKING ME AGAIN ?, WHAT PART YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ? ' and kept typing , and don't you dare to interrupt his typing . As a Patient we can't talk, we can't ask question, I think if we don't understand something or have concerns, he gets pay to help us and not be Rude and without patience with us. I will never go back to his office.

I believe he has a god complex. If he wants to do an invasive procedure and you dare to ask a question about a possible alternative he views it as arguing with him and threatens to fire you as a patient. I told him a procedure he did multiple times made me sick each time and his reply was in effect "Nah, that can't be true". He wanted to fire me but I preempted that by telling him he had no right to speak to me that way and walked out of his office. I'm happily moving on and can't believe I paid that arrogant jerk another copay. I'd give him zero stars after today if I could.

Dr Melcer listens to all of my questions, his safe, calm office gives me comfort. He explains what he sees and monitors my results. He is direct and open with your visit, so scared clients get nasty to leave unsettled surveys. Hey your here to find out what is wrong so suck it up, quit the negative talk, he is here to fix you and support. Thanks doctor and staff, your expertise is greatly appreciated.

Rushed, dismissive, uninterested and rude. I have been a patient for well over a decade and it ended today. I have put up with his rude dismissive manner for too long. He is very rushed, did not review my CT scan , did not answer my questions and I remain in pain. I would not feel comfortable with this rushed surgeon firing a laser in my gut. I had a CT scan done weeks prior to this visit and I expected it was to be discussed. Why else did his office call me urgently? To cram the office with $

My visits are too rushed. Do not recommend the overpriced "SDS Surgicenter" that he sometimes uses.
