I tell you the main facts of the relationship of the OCLI Vision medical office represented by Dr. Marta Mckeague and office coordinator Annabelle Magnusson to my 80-year-old mother-in-law who was scheduled for cataract surgery. 02.20.24 - meeting at the office of Dr. Martha McKeague. All necessary tests have been done. Office coordinator Annabelle Magnusson discussed all the details with us and scheduled the operation for April 15th. We have prepared all the necessary medical tests and permits. Before the operation, two medications were dripped into the eye for three days. We arrived on time, waited for the doctor for 50 minutes, but she didn’t come!!! At the front desk we were told that they could not allow us to have an operation, since the medical papers that OCLI Vision sent them were out of date. Until now, we have not received any explanations or apologies about what happened, as if this is a common situation at OLCI Vision.

A very caring, knowledgeable doctor who bent over backwards to see me, even at the last minute at night, to make sure I was not at risk before a road trip I was taking the next morning.
