SHE TRAINED AND TAUGHT THE BEST
Dr. Schatz is a NEURO OPTHALMOLOGIST. SHE WAS THE O N L Y. ONE IN THE SW REGION OF THE MILITARY and requested my case in 2001 while still connected to Wiford Hall. She is a brilliant, tiny little pixie yet a Mama Bear who protects her patients. Her heart is with the children and their families that have all odds against them. She will NOT GIVE UP! SHE CHOOSE TO KEEP HER ADULT PATIENTS WITH COMPLEX CONDITIONS AND TEACHES RESIDENTS ABOUT NEUROLOGICAL VISION ABNORMALITIES. SHE HAS NO DESIRE FOR RECOGNITION. SHE WORKS AT THE BRADY GREEN AND YES, IT IS HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS GREAT LADY. SHE WILL RESEARCH AND CONSULT WITH OTHER DOCTORS AND PROFESSORS FOR YOU. SHE VOLUNTEERS ON THOSE MERCY SHIPS ON HOLIDAYS. CANNOT FIND A MORE DEDICATED, DETERMINED, THOROUGH, DEEPLY COMPASSIONATE PERSON. SHE IS HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH A WONDERFUL SENSE OF HUMOR. YOU CAN PUT YOUR TRUST IN THIS PRECIOUS PIXIE. SHE WILL FIGHT FOR HER PATIENTS.

Review of Dr. Marth Schatz
Prior to seeing her, I had traveled back and forth to Houston to see a specialist for my condition. She was highly recommended and later in the year, her office called me to set an appointment. I also know that she is only one of the very few specialists in this area. After the first examination, she ordered an MRI and later that week called me during the weekend to let me know that everything was fine. I appreciated her taking time from her busy schedule to call me and notify me about the MRI results. I have seen her again since then and my vision has greatly improved due to her diagnosis. Thank you Dr. Schatz!

She makes you wait for hours. She didn’t have the proper tools for the initial appointment so a secondary initial visit had to be scheduled. During the results she had poor bedside manners and only confirmed what I already knew. She did nothing to help. For the follow up I was late and refused to see me. Find yourself someone else.
