Dr. Bassett has changed my life. I had seen many endocrinologists before he found me in the hospital needing help. It was fate. I now am living close to a normal active life. So grateful for him, and his staff.

Bad experience. Physicians and staff do not care about your health and refuse to either contact you or return calls. They also won't refill scraps without making an unneeded appointment with them.

He listens. He has helped me put me back into pretty good shape again. My bone health needed a lot of help. He was there and made it happen. I'm a diabetic A1c is under 7 . We have made it happens A little prayer goes a long way

Meet with Dr. Bassett's P.A., Kristen. I am facing a thyroidectomy and was naturally scared. Kristen explained my situation to me in such a way that I left feeling much better and being much more aware about what lies ahead. She has her perfect position. Great with the patients. Haven't really had a chance to meet with Dr. Bassett yet, but if Kristen is any indication, I'm a happy camper.

This is the worst medical experience I have ever had! I was diagnosed with Addison's disease by my GP, which is a very serious, life threatening condition. If not treated promptly with the right balance of adrenal hormones to replace the adrenal failure, it can cause coma and death!. Their office lied about not receiving my referral even though it was faxed 3 times and at the last minute said they won't take my insurance!!! They are only about money and insurance policies! THEY ARE A DISGRACE!!!

Doctor Bassett was extremely thorough and knowledgeable . He took time to answer all questions and even did a conference call with my daughter who is a Nurse Practitioner in San Diego Ca. I will recommend this Doctor.

Terrible!!! This office has absolutely no consideration of our time. We have never waited less than an hour past our scheduled time. I work for a medical facility and am appalled!!! If you ask them how much longer it might be they act irritated and couldn't care less how long you've been waiting. We will not go back ever!!!

For one thing, I have tried ALL day Tuesday, and ALL day Wed. (after Labor Day). NO ANSWER AT ALL, or the automated operator comes on and but cannot leave a message. Wed. called ALL DAY until 3:45. FINALLY a 'person' answered. She put me on hold and never came back. I called again, and the automated operator came on again. IF THIS IS A SO-CALLED PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR, then something is terribly wrong with this situation. I was supposed to have a referral to that office and they were to contact me

The office staff is horrible and nearly impossible to work with. They see only dollar signs and not the patient. Refused to accept payments on balance of what insurance didn't pay and turned over to collections.
