Huge Disappointment
I heard very promising reviews about this doctor and flew in from the other side of the country to see him. I am having serious complications from two septoplasty surgeries that went wrong to correct a deviated septum. I have chronic sinus infections now and this doctor basically said there was nothing he could do for me. He didn't even provide any advice on my questions for the pain I face on the daily emanating from my sinus cavity. The only things he did were look at my CT scan I provided, which looks 'normal' and did a thorough ear cleansing, which helped me temporarily.

Dr. Citardi performed my last (very successful) sinus surgery and I recovered quickly! This was remarkable compared to my last surgery, and to my amazement, I didn't even need to take any post-op pain meds. Dr. Citardi is a phenomenal doctor and is highly respected among his peers. He has a great "bed-side manner" and takes the time to listen to you and to also explain things in terms you can understand! His office runs on time and the office staff are caring, helpful and professional. I can't thank Dr. Citardi enough for helping me to win the battle with my chronic sinusitis and I appreciate that he is willing to continue to see me in his office. He is easy to schedule an appointment through the online patient portal, and I was amazed that I was able to message him directly there for any questions or concerns I may have. He is always keeping up with the latest advancements in treatment/technology and evidence based practice! I would highly recommend Dr. Citardi!!!
