Least compassionate physician ever.
Dr. Frank cared for my mother many years ago and to this day it’s still plagues me. This is why I felt compelled to write this review so many years later. My mother was diagnosed with brain cancer and Dr. Frank literally told me that he did not have time to give me a “course” in cancer and proceeded to rush me off the phone. Once I sought further evaluation from a neurologist who was extremely forthcoming and honest besides being compassionate, Dr. Frank walked into my moms room and told her basically it was over. He is the least compassionate physician I have ever met… Sometimes we must realize that the outcome is not going to be favorable but, compassionate conversations for family members is so important… This physician lacks all of that, and then some.

Dr. Frank is an amazing physician and an extremely compassionate person. His staff is friendly and professional and make you feel at ease from the moment you enter the office. He always goes the extra mile for you. He even gave me advise regarding a family member who resides in another state. He took time out of his busy schedule to sit and talk with me and answer all of my questions. He is one of a kind!

Our family is very grateful to Dr Martin Frank, and to have had my father in Dr Frank's medical care in the final months of his life (after being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia). Dr Frank met our needs perfectly. He brings a wealth of experience, and is simultaneously compassionate while being refreshingly direct in saying what needs to be said in terms of the reality of the medical status & tough treatment options/decisions one has to make in these situations. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Frank was the least professional doctor I have ever worked with. HIs bed side manner, attentiveness & professionalism was horrific. It took a call to the surgeon who Dr. Frank was working with to finally get a return phone call from his office. When we expressed we wanted a second opinion, he completely stopped coming into the hospital to see my family member. This was while he was still on the team of doctors caring for her. My advice is steer clear.

When you are suffering from cancer it is emotionally draining. Chemo just compounds that effect. I needed a professional, courteous and caring doctor and staff and I did not get that here. It definitely added to the already upsetting time of my life. If my cancer returns, I will be seeking another doctor.

Dr. Frank currently treats my mother for Waldenstrom's. He's always there when we need him an has the best bedside manner. He recently treated my mother-in-law for pancreatic cancer. He was so gentle and did everything he could to help her. He was the last doctor she confided in before her passing. I would highly recommend Dr. Frank to everyone!!!
