Lack of Access to HSA and Health Records
Dr. Greget only accepts cash or check. We had to pay $600 out of pocket which we are still recovering from. We have an HSA card, but they won't use technology to improve their administrative services to patients. Our visits were in May and I am still trying to get my records released. They were indecisive about releasing them saying I might need to come in person. This is unacceptable as other clinics I use have electronic services, or in the list can mail or fax the release form, and certify mail me the hard copy. I realize there's something refreshing about old school, but these practices don't best serve the patient, they seem to serve the clinic by keeping things simple. However, months of calls and frustration from me is not simple. I otherwise appreciated his MA and the time he took with us. He did do labs at my request, but seemed resistant, wanting to sample antibiotics. Again, taking the time to do best practices. All said, I'm grateful for the help I did receive.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Greget?
Dr. Greget has been my ENT for many years. He takes the time to listen carefully, ask good questions, and come up with one, or more, relevant solutions. He has never rushed me, and deals patiently with each question I bring to him. And there can be many; I leave fully understanding all facets of what he is helping me with. I'm one of those problem patients who have multiple things go South simultaneously, and have never had to go further than Dr. Greget to get a resolution. While I tried different ENTs before Dr. Greget, I simply cannot imagine getting better care, anywhere.
