Disappointed with Dr Ziegenbein
I was very disappointed with Dr.Ziegenbein. During our appointments she looked at her computer screen more than she looked at me. She twice prescribed medication that was inappropriate for my condition, interacted with other medication I take and caused painful side effects. She once contorted her body in front of me and then proceeded to tell me about he condition that enabled her to do that. I found it inappropriate.

A Superb Rheumatologist
Dr. Ziegenbien is a professional who cares about her patients. I had extreme pain in both hands(arthritis) and within a few visits and medication adjustments, I am now pain free with minimal medication.I am a very active older person and enjoying all my exercise with no pain.Dr. Z. is kind and caring. She responds on My Chart to any questions within hours; a great communicator!I thank her greatly for her medical expertise.

Felt rushed during appointment. She does not explain things well. She was not open to my questions about the treatment she proposed. Very difficult to get an appointment and had mine changed by her twice.

Dr Ziegenbein was the most caring and patient physician I have ever seen. She was compassionate and interested in what my health history was and how she could best help me. She spent extra time with me, and paid attention to what I said and was able to explain my medical problems to me and the options for treatment. I am so happy I finally found a caring Rheumatologist and will start to get some pain relief soon!
