Dr. Carrillo is very thorough and mild mannered. She answers my many questions, and I never feel rushed. Through the years, I’ve emailed her via the Valley portal. She always replies and often within a few hours.

Dr. Carillo delivered my baby girl and she is an excellent doctor! She was calm and professional throughout the entire delivery. In my visits with her, she has a nice bedside manner, answers all my questions thoroughly, and isn't pushy like some other OBGYN doctors. I highly recommend her!

I should have known better than to go to Valley Health group again after having bad experiences in the past, but this dr. came recommended. The exam was way less than I had received with my previous gyn that retired. No urine sample. No fecal test. I went with a problem and really got no answer as to what it could be. A simple..."if it continues to bother you, give us a call and I can prescribe a cream". Well, that's what I did. One week ago. Twice!! and a week later, no return call at all. Not even to say I should come in to be seen, no prescription called into my pharmacy. Nada. Zilch. Steer clear of ANYONE related to Valley Health Care Group. I know I will!!
