Worst Doctor Ever
This doctor is awful, she does not care for her patients. She has no bedside manner, and accusations of my son missing medication. It seems she wants to over medicate and find other diagnoses to add in to further medicate. She is extremely rude and arrogant and I’m so thankful we no longer have to see her again. Stay away from this lady!!!! She literally refused to read my son’s EEG and stated she didn’t order it so wasn’t going to tell me anything. She also stated I shouldn’t have so many neurologist, well maybe show up to our scheduled appointment and we won’t have to see who is filling in for you! Awful!!!

One of the worst experiences in our life. Dr. Baiyeri offered no explanations to my daughters convulsions or blackouts. An suggested my daughter was lying and acting on video. Dr. Baiyeri is utterly unprofessional and lacks empathy for her patients and perhaps lacks education as well.

If I could give ZERO starts I would!!!! Do not take your kids here!!! I have no idea how they are in business. Good luck getting answers because the doctor is never in, they cancel your appointments and blame you every step of the way for the miscommunication the office has. It's run by students who know nothing. The manager of the office is a joke. My daughter has been having seizures for 3 months. The doctor scared the hell out of me with her hypothesis of what's wrong. They were not able to schedule the MRI or EEG themselves, I went through her pediatrician. And never heard back from their office for the results. I am currently waiting for a different pediatric Neurologist. Take it from my pain and sleepless nights and stay away!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your self the time and find a different doctor! I have lived in Grapevine my entire life and believe me when I say she is no asset to Grapevine. Mary Baiyer is terrible. They have no organization in the office no communication between staff and doctor. Which explains why they are excepting new patients and the other reviews. Leave you feeling hopeless when you try for a week to get meds and you get to the last day. When you call the doctor on her emergency line she is rude and a can’t be bothered. In her own words. It’s was my problem not hers. Who says that? I mean it is your job. They’re only open mon-thurs. Everyone would love to only work 4 days a week! Like I stated above unless you have hours to chase meds and want to be treated like trash find a new doctor!!!

The doctor does not listen, will not answer your questions or give you a direct answer and has an office staff that is incompetent.

Worst Dr. experience ever. This Doctor didn’t care in answering questions we had. She was ready to prescribe a medication and send us on our way. When we attempted to ask a question she wouldn’t give a straight answer and mainly would answer by questioning your question or have defensive asnwers. For parents trying to figure out what’s wrong with their child, this is a bad place to go to but if you want a quick prescription then you can try this place I guess.

She doesn't even deserve a star. She oversaw my child while in nicu. During a follow up things she said didn't line up so I got a second opinion. My second opinion (cook children's neurology) had a completely less aggressive plan of care. Dr baiyeri's staff was unprofessional. I had to pick up my child's medical records and got a call 5 minutes after I left to come back... they wanted to make sure another patients chart wasn't mixed in with my child's. So much more to write so little space.

Dr. B takes time with my son to get to know him and his needs. She shows interest in what his extra curricular activities are and how he is doing in school. We've had one issue about a year ago with office staff not returning phone calls. The office runs on time with appointment which is very appreciated.

Dr. Baiyeri is wonderful! It only took her a few minutes to diagnosis my daughter and create an effective plan to treat her. In the end, her problem was not neurological, but we thoroughly enjoyed the help of this doctor while my daughter was in her care. She ordered all of the appropriate tests and quickly came to a conclusion. The office is very nice and kid friendly.
