I met with Dr Bui and tried to reschedule an appointment with her. She emailed me back a rude response and did not help me with my request. It was very unprofessional and I do not recommend making appointments with her.

My dad was in the hospital recently and dr bui was the specialist called to see him. She was very compassionate, knowledgeable and respectful. She explained everything in a way that we could understand even though we have no medical background. And she followed up within the week after my dad was discharged and made sure he was doing well. She took to time to make sure any questions we had after leaving the hospital we answered as well. And her office staff was very courteous and helpful too!

Dr. Bui is an amazing doctor, but she needs to hire new staff. They seem to never pick up their phone and when they finally do pick up, all you hear them doing is giggling and laughing and then they put you back on hold and ask you the exact same questions like they didn't even listen to you the first time. I normally have to hang up after being on hold for 20 min then call back for them to actually answer my question.

Don't waste your time here. Per their receptionist Lucy, their normal wait time is 1.5 hours past your appointment time and they cannot notify patients of this. No apologies and no guarantee that you will be seen by the doctor that day. Never got to see Dr. Bui, she never expressed concern or follow up either.
