I have been going to see Dr. MB for years. SHE IS THE BEST!!!! Whenever I have a problem or situation she always does her best to help me either herself or through her affiliated specialists. When you go to her office she explain all the issues and solutions to your health problems plus the medical network which is impossible to navigate by yourself. Trust her very much with my health and my family's.

Paying MDVIP $1600 per year for concierge services. Being fairly healthy, I found MB very good at meeting my basic medical needs. However, in the past year I lost confidence in her decision-making. As I get older and start having health issues it became increasingly important that I have the upmost confidence in my doctor, therefore I decided to change doctors. MB made the process very difficult. I had to request her to send my medical records three times and it took a month. It wasn't until I contacted MDVIP did my medical information get transferred. A very disappointing end to a long-term relationship.

She badly misdiagnosed me. Thankfully a covering physician diagnosed me correctly. That first correct diagnosis led to the discovery of multiple auto immune disorders, two life threatening. No thanks to her.

She lack professionalism and gets overwhelmed very quickly. If you choose her as a doctor just know you're dealing with a child.. She doesn't care about her patients nor her job. She shouldn't have a liscense.

I have worked with many physicians in the medical industry and have found Dr. Butcher's expertise outstanding. In the past wait time was an issue, Since converting to Concierge medicine, I have same day appointments, no waiting, lots of personal follow up. MB is extremely intelligent. I have to see several specialists due to significant health issues. MB is on top of ALL of my health issues and coordinates with my specialists. Well worth the yearly fee!

Been a patient for over 20 years. She is a caring doctor but I have waited in an exam room for up to 4 hours and left many times because I had to get back to work. I can’t see paying her $1,600 a year out of my own pocket for that kind of treatment. Went to my new doctor a couple of months ago and after my appointment, there was still a lot of morning left! I was a fool for staying with her so long! I hope this consierge service works for her patients but I am not paying to find out!!

I too think Dr. Butcher is an excellent diagnostician but she fails as a doctor in many regards. Think she has too many patients, thus the inexcusably long wait times(at least one hour, usually 1-2 hours). When she does see you she spends a lot of time with you, but she has written the wrong prescription for me and asked if I? was getting regular mammograms when I? had a mastectomy! Doesn’t return calls or emails. Like her a lot, but I’m leaving.

I am not going to be giving the best of reviews for Dr. Mary Beth only because of the issues with responsiveness to phone calls. It is a shame because all of that aside, the Doctor is a stellar physician who I would trust with my life if she was with me, right in the room. Not only is she excellent, but just a wonderful person. HOWEVER, it is next to impossible to get a response from her and or her staff without multiple follow-up calls. Time to find a new doctor after many years.

This Doctor is completely unresponsive to emails, phone calls, and patients pleading with staff for follow up. 2 months of unreturned phone calls and emails. Eventually, I scheduled an appointment, which was canceled by the doctor. Rescheduled, but she ran behind 3+ hours, I could not accommodate. Her (lack of) care is neglectful and dangerous for patients with severe symptoms.

My wife was a patient of Dr. Butcher. She said very complimentary things about Dr. Butcher when she actually got to see her. THERE ARE LONG WAIT TIMES--usually an hour after the scheduled appointment. The last time my wife went in with some rather serious symptoms and she had to wait over 2.5 hours, one hour of which was spent in the actual exam room, alone, and still no Dr. Butcher. So, my wife informed the nurse and left. There was no follow-up. Only see Butcher if you have time to kill!

I went to her for a blood test to see my thyroid levels and she they did not have a nurse to take blood test , it took 2.5 hours for her to come to my appointmen. Even after that i had to go to ohio heath to get it done ...she sent the results home but she forgot to give me the prescription along with it. I called her and her office 3 times and they said they will send it to the pharmacy and they never did ... I'm tired of following up with them

dr butcher has saved my life two times. when i was ill with a very rare syndrome she recognized that it was not anxiety. She, later, correctly diagnosed a condition that required surgery. SHE FORCED me to go to the emergency room. I would not be here today if she had not.

SHE IS A FABULOUS CONSIDERATE AND CARING DOCTOR. I TRUST HER IMPLICITLY. SHE IS THOROUGH AND I'VE BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I CAN'T IMAGINE SEEING ANY OTHER PHYSICIAN. I'VE RECOMMENDED HER TO SEVERAL PEOPLE. I JUST CALLED TO GET A REFILL AND IN AN HOUR MY PHARMACY CALLED THAT IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS A BLESSING TO ME. THEY ARE SMART, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ATTENTIVE. KUDOS TO THIS PRACTICE. I FEEL PRIVILEDGED TO BE A PATIENT HERE.

Dr. Butcher takes the time to answer every question thoroughly, is highly competent and does not ever let technology interfere with her ability to connect with her patients. I have seen her since the late 80's and she is the best doctor I have ever had. Be prepared for a bit of a wait both in the waiting room and the exam room, but know that she will spend as much time with you as she does with her other patients. She's all about providing excellent care and I will forever be a fan!
