Incompetent doctor
I went in with vertigo and neck pain. I was vomiting and they were telling me to put on a mask. Right from the get go she was dead set determined I had Covid even though I had no symptoms. Unnecessary virus testing. The nurse who did the swab walked through the hall to the nurses station for help with the swab container. When this was brought up to the doctor she said covid wasn't in the air! Blood work showed I had low magnesium which I told her I was already aware of & was treating but I was still given magnesium citrate. Unnecessary! Never checked my neck as to why I had pain there. I felt as if they couldn't get me out of there fast enough.

Horrible doctor!!!
My daughter went into the emergency room balling in pain and after her primary care doctor insisted she needed to go to the hospital asap! She goes into the doctor and this doctor told her she was in pain because she didn’t eat vegetables and she was just being a bad kid that didn’t want to go to school. The doctor also took her tablet away from her and told her she wasn’t allowed to have it until she peed. Mind you this doctor didn’t give her an ounce of water. After she finally was able to use the rest room the doctor came in and said you will be going to school! You are not going to just come in here to skip school. I told her I’ll be the judge of that. I get a call today saying she has a uti and kidney infection. I’ll definitely be calling up to the hospital as well…

Worst care I have ever received from a doctor!!
Went to the ER with horrible right eye pain and swelling was told it was nothing and to put warm compresses on it. I informed the Dr. there was a large bump in the corner of my eye that I could not even touch due to the pain. The Dr. said they don't treat the issues even though she didn't know what it was and if I kept taking antibiotics they wouldn't work any longer. I was not even on oral antibiotics. Within 2 hours of getting home I went to another local hospital because the pain was so intense. CT was done and proper diagnosis was made, put on 3 weeks of antibiotics to clear up the infection and am scheduled for surgery. I felt I was not even cared for at all. If I ever have to return to this facility and she is the doctor I will turn around and leave. Her lack of concern and care was obvious to myself and my husband. Horrible experience!!!
