Dr Chappell is amazing!
I was referred to Dr Chappell by the ER and I have now been seeing Dr Chappell for over 20 years. She recognized my issues and got me into a specialist very quickly…and she was very right (and it isn’t her area of expertise). I also have endo, she has kept me pain free and healthy. Dr Chappell is very forthright, she is a Dr and tells you as it is. Everyone should appreciate her disposition, as you know how serious something is before you leave her office. If you want it sugar coating, she is not the dr for you. She is thorough, honest, and one of the most caring doctors I have ever had. If you don’t see her, you’re missing out!

I love visiting Dr. Chappell. She is a wonderful doctor, and is funny and kind, too. I struggled to get pregnant for 2 years, and my friend told me how Dr. Chappell helped her get pregnant. So I went to see her, and one dye test and 4 weeks later, I was pregnant with twin boys. That was 3 years ago, and I still love going to see her every year.

I went to see this doctor because of the good reviews she had. Well, this doctor was unprofessional, uncompassionate, and the worst bedside manners I have ever seen. Enters the room without knocking, introducing herself, and rushing because she was on-call. She gets offensive and agitated because I had questions regarding pregnancy and labor. She was very dismissive and annoyed at my questions. Telling me not to bother writing a birth plan, because it never works. She even told me the wrong sex of the baby. Healthcare is now a patient-provider relationship with care being centered around the patient for better outcomes. It is not a physician's authority anymore. It is apparent she doesn't' keep up with the latest clinical information. I am a paying client and it is my right to advocate for my welfare. I wouldn't recommend this doctor. The office was also dirty and patient s were not spaced 6 feet apart.

Dr. Chappell lacks a beside manner that gives any encouragement she profiles patients look out ladies if your fat she's gonna tell you rather then look into why this might be happening to a person. Not everyone is fat because they're lazy there's health reasons but her mind and practice is limited so she wouldn't know any better.

My original OB had an accident a week before i had my baby so Dr. Mary ha to step in. My first appointment (39wks) she swept my membranes without telling me she was going to or what she was doing so i was screaming which cause me so much pain. I told the office i didn't want to see her again and requested a different OB. Well i ended up going into labor mothers day and guess who was on call? Dr. Mary and the birth experience was subpar but my sons circumcision was terrible, extra skin left.

Dr. Chappell is the first OB to recognize that I had endo. Other drs told me that my pain during periods was "normal" and basically to grow up and take a midol. I knew the level of of pain I was in COULDN'T be normal. Dr. Chappell knew right away, and her diagnosis was the first I'd ever heard of endo. She was even my surgeon, which was even better! I will say, she doesn't have a warm, sunny bedside manner, but if you want a friend get a puppy. If you want an amazing dr., go to Dr. Chappell.

Love her!! I came to Dr. Chappell after having a horrible experience with another doctor's office across the street. I wish I had found Dr. Chappell first!! She is great! Very busy environment, but I feel she gives me the attention I deserve when I'm in the room and I don't feel rushed. She's very upbeat and funny too!

After having an incomplete miscarriage Dr. Chappell's patient treatment was abhorrent. She told me I should not be having the symptoms I was having and did not want to perform a physical exam. I understand that they have a busy practice, but her bedside manner in the midst of medical and emotional upheaval was unprofessional and harsh.
