Dr. Mary Czerny, MD

Dr. Czerny was the only ENT who could finally figure out what was causing my symptoms. After seeing several other ENTs in the area, she was the one who fixed my problem. Awesome doctor!

Dr Czerny is a wonderful surgeon. She did my thyroid surgery and I had a great outcome. Very happy I chose her.

she ignored all my previous medical history that had to do with sinus and suggested acid reflux. very discouraged.

My fiancé has a PPO and we do not need a referral. He still went through the proper channels of going to primary care, neurology, and ophthalmology. He has had severe left orbital head pain and left ear pain for 8 months. All of the doctors said the next step was an ENT and primary referred him. The scheduler today was very rude and said she was denying the referral because this was not an ENT issue. I am appalled that a scheduler does not know the meaning of ENT and is working there. Why is a scheduling staff determining who is to be seen? Not only did he have a referral but we have Florida Blue PPO, meaning we did not have to get a referral. She refused to schedule an appointment saying he was not eligible to see an ENT for a chronic headache coming from loud popping in the ear following by fluid. He called another office and they are fitting him in this week due to the inner ear making a loud popping noise and fluid gushing. It is very frustrating how healthcare is dwindling.

I've seen two reviews and don't know what the problem was but personally I liked her. She seemed to explain what my diagnosis was, answered any questions that I had and was not in a hurry to put me under the knife. I did not feel rushed in or rushed out.

Absolutely love her. She performed my sinus surgery that included a septoplasty, bilateral inferior submucosal turbinate reduction, and bilateral maxillary antrostomy. I was out of work for two weeks, but the pain was no where near what I thought it would be. I am still recovering, and I am already breathing better! I have already referred others to her because of her bedside manner. She has a wonderful personality and has helped me so much.

I came in to my ENT appointment with questions about why I was having drainage , sinus pressure, eye drainage, and gave her my ct scan she was saying i could have asma or copd i have never had this issue just because i have sinuse drainage so it drains in my throat so i tend to cough and also she stated i could have acid reflux and have no sighns of this issue or dont have gerd so that was irrelevant also, , she also said i needed a lung dr cause i cough seldom from drainage i told her this i dont get out of breath or weeze and see a heart dr she goes beyond I still did not understand her theory of diagnosis and I had questions, in order that that we could be on the same page. The doctor couldn't address my questions that didn't lighn up with her theory of my questions and she just said i cant explain it so how can u say someone as something without medical back up she got offended with my questions and we was told to leave
