Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr Mary Dawson is by far the worst physician I had ever experienced. She fails to follow up on test results, fails to schedule or submit referrals to specialist, she is also a very poor communicator. Very hands off and does NOT do adequate exams of patients that are experiencing significant health issues

Dr. Mary Dawson cares little to none about her patients, nor does Ballad Health. Steer clear from any practice owned by Ballad, or any practice where Dr. Mary Dawson works.

I was not able to schedule a sudden appointment with my usual Doctor, but was able to get one with Dr. Dawson. My ailment was somewhat unusual, and many Doctors may have diagnosed it wrong, but Dr. Dawson got it right the first time.

I would recommend Dr. Mary Dawson to anyone i ever met and or cared about. She is a very loving and caring doctor. I was very unfortunate and lost her as my doctor years ago and i'm trying to get her back now. She has a personal touch like no other.
