Dr. Mary Demarco, DO

She is disorganized. Does not review the patient chart before you come in the room. Cannot answer simple physiology questions or provide explanation of etiology of supposed “problems” thinks supplements are a cure all for infertility. Felt judged, hopeless and confused. Wasted 6 months with her don’t do the same. What kind of fertility doctor never even does a physical examination ?

Dr DeMarco has a kind gentle bedside manner and is always respectful of my time and needs. She is thorough and listens keenly, making sound suggestions to improve my health and well-being. This is one of the key reasons she also cares for my mother. Her switch to the concierge service was well thought out and motivated by the deep need to provide better quality care to her patients one on one. She puts the patient first. Over the years I have always received her encouragement of “prevention over cure”. I have not always followed through with her recommendations, but I knew she cared for my well-being and that it was up to me and my actions. Our quality of life depends on US ultimately, with good advice and recommendations from our physicians. Dr. DeMarco is bar-none and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who seeks a great family physician, offering quality care and individual attention to their health needs.

Dr. DeMarco is an asset to my well being! Some doctors make you feel rushed, like they're not even listening. Not Dr. DeMarco! She takes the time to listen and offer sound advice on everything from nutrition, stress management and personal issues which affect my health. I've never had a long wait in the office and appreciate the time she takes with me each visit.

Took on most of my retiring Dr's practice only to transition to "concierge medicine" weeks later. This meant having records transferred, paying for an appointment to "establish care" etc. only to receive a letter stating she would only be continuing with 20% of her patients who sign onto her new membership fees. I was quoted at $1,800 per year to pay this membership fee in addition to taking my insurance and co-pay. I was given 3 weeks notice to find a new Dr. with no help to transition.

More interested in seeing maximum number of patients within least amount of time. Not a good listener, and in fact, can cut you short without even wanting to know what could be a symptom of something serious, by asking you to come again.
