I can't get in to see her. She only does telehealth anymore and even then it's impossible to see her. Always have to see her NP's.

Having been a patient of Dr Jones for ten years, I have always found her to be pleasant, responsive, empathetic and knowledgeable. I had a crisis last spring and she absolutely stepped up to help me greatly...above and beyond the expected. I am doing well now, thanks to her help. As you can tell, I think she is a great physician.

Very unprofessional. Texting during my appointment, gossiping about the other doctors in the practice. Off focus a lot. I would not trust her with my medical information, I feel that it would not be kept private. WIll not use her again.

My reg, dr at this practice is out on pers. leave and this place is falling apart. I take contr. pain meds, which I get from my dr for 10 yrs, now I have to go to a pain clinic. They gave me a 10 day prescr., but I ran out before I went to my 1st visit at the pain clinic. So I asked for another script., which I thought I was getting, went to pick up and one was missing, Dr. Jones was the only Dr. there and after waiting 1 hr, I was told she wouldn't sign the script. Could go thru withdrawls, nic

Dr. Jones is cordial enough but tends to ramble a lot, doesn't listen all that well and most often serves as only a "traffic cop" referring you elsewhere all the time for even minor treatments. I haven't found her helpful in any way except to make referrals. I feel like meeting with her is a waste of time and I'm looking for someone else. Personally, I like her but professionally she fails.

Dr Jones has experience, but seems like she at times can't focus. Does not always communicate well and handle situations professionally.
