Very happy with Dr. Kassem and staff.

changed doctors yesterday. my insurance can’t find me a psychiatrist. and i’ve had to go off of all of my psych meds cold turkey after taking meds everyday for over ten years because kasem won’t do refills. i also spent four months with a bacterial infection and every other day fevers because kasem couldn’t figure out how to prescribe antibiotics. i just filed a grievance with dmhc over the atrocities committed by this doctor. do yourself a life saving favor and find a more qualified doctor.

I had an excellent annual physical today; Dr. Kasem and her staff were all friendly and attentive and took their time. A great office.

My PCP shares an office with Dr. Kasem. My Dr wasn't in but I thought I needed antibiotics for an infection so I had to see her. I'm so glad I did. Her residents were first to come in, introduce themselves and start checking my infection. Very nice, caring gentlemen. They talked to me about what they thought it was and it could be serious. Next, Dr. Kasem came in and asked the residents about my diagnosis. She was very blunt and to the point. She repeated what they did and they all agreed I needed an emergency surgical procedure done to drain the infection. Dr. Kasem made sure I stayed in the office while her staff called multiple ENT Dr offices to get me in STAT. She said it was too serious for me to let it go so if they couldn't find an ENT I would need to go to ER. Fortunately, they got me in to see the ENT within an hour! Later that night I received a phone call from Dr. Kasem checking in on me to see how I was feeling and how the procedure went! Lovely, Dr. Highly recommend!

Takes her time. Thorough, makes referrals when necessary, great bedside manner. Caring. Makes sure to convey information to family when necessary.

I never feel that this doctor truly cares about me, and her staff is unfriendly.

Every time I have had reason to visit this Doctors office It has been an excellent experience. She listens, asks questions and allows all the time needed with out seeming to hurry get me out and another patient in. That is important to me. She will refer to specialists when the situation is called for and oder tests when called for but she does not do that lightly. I would recommend this Dr. to anyone.

DR Kasem is unbelievable caring and takes her time with you.

I would not recommend Dr. Kasem to anyone. She has made several mis-diagnoses with my elderly parents, like prescribing a medicine that insurance companies do not cover because it is not recommended for the elderly!
