Amazing, caring doctor
My infant daughter started crying. Dr. Keen climbed on the floor and lovingly cradled her. She really listened to me and supported me as a parent of a complicated baby. I really grew to love Dr. Keen.

We went to see Dr. Keen to get a developmental delay diagnosis for my son, who was 3 at the time. She was not at all warm or friendly with my son, and she was very condescending when telling me her opinion of his abilities. We had never met her before, and she made a very quick diagnosis of my son, basically ignoring everything I told her about how he acted at home versus at the appointment. Maybe she's better with adults, but she was not good at all with kids. Very disappointed with her! I literally left the appointment in tears, and I would NEVER go back to her again! Her letter afterward was very detailed, but I did not agree with her diagnosis. More importantly, she was abrasive, arrogant, and unkind. Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical professional.

Dr. Keen had no compassion towards my child, rather seemed disgusted by him. A very hurtful experience. I cannot recommend her as she was cold and uncaring. Searching out for what med she could put my child on instead of getting down to the root cause of behaviours.
