Awful!
Doesn’t care about the patient. Rude, dismissive and doesn’t follow guidelines. Spends more time tapping on the computer than talking to patient. Find someone who actually cares, listens and pays attention.

Meh
Constantly late or maybe just overbooked on appointments, when she finally comes in to see you she's essentially just running through homework on a computer and occasionally looking up at you. Don't feel seen or heard or anything really. She fills out her questionnaire and then hurries because she is late for her next patient - that's nice, but what about the one sitting in front of you.

FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER
First of all if I could give her zero stars I would She’s rude, condescending and inflexible She refused to renew any of my prescriptions because it had been almost a year since I had seen her. I made an appointment for the first available time which was 6 to 7 weeks out but she refused to fill my medication that I take every day until I came in - I’m already feeling I’ll effects of not taking my medicine less than a week later but she still wouldn’t help me Part of the reason it tough to make an appointment is the last 2 times I was there I had to wait over an hour to even be brought back to the room and another 30 minutes or so to be seen SHE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT PATIENT HEATLH UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE HER

I have found Dr. Martello to be very thorough. She communicates well and listens and explains well. I have been a patient about 3 years.
