She forced me to push-now I’m disabled
I will never forget her. It was my first child and they induced labor because it wasn’t moving along. I was having such a hard time pushing to the point that I fainted. When I came around I told her my baby is stuck and she told me “a c section isn’t an easier recovery so you may as well push”. After another long set period of pushes she finally agrees to allow a c section. At this point my epidural had been bolised several times yet I was in so much pain I was told by my then husband that I kept trying to climb off the table. When my child was born she had deep cuts on both sides of her head from being against my pelvic bone for hours. I developed severe nerve pain by the time my kid was 1. I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome from damage done to my pelvic area in childbirth. Now fifteen years later and I’ve lost the feeling in my entire leg and have horrifying nerve and muscle pains. I trusted her. I begged her to listen to me. Thanks for taking away my life because you knew best.

It was my daughter's first Gyn appt and Dr McCombs didn't seemed rushed at all, and answered all of our questions. She was thorough, patient and very friendly! The office staff was friendly and efficient. It was a great visit.

Dr. McComis is absolutely wonderful! She has been my OB for years and delivered both of our children. She was amazing throughout both of my pregnancies and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was always very kind and answered any questions or concerns that I ever had. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My experience with dr. McComis was absolutely awful. She was an on call doctor (not my usual doctor) She was so disrespectful to me on the phone. I have never been treated so poorly. She told me that I was a waste of her time and an inconvenience. I would highly recommend finding a different doctor if you value yourself.

I love this Dr! She is very competent. I went to her for my second and 4th baby (we moved inbetween and came back). My second baby was sunny side up but still had a successful natural birth. I did not tear. The first time I went to her she didn’t visit long at appointments because she was so busy which I took as a good sign. With my 4th she was always smiling and even let my oldest listen to his heartbeat with her stethoscope. I was referred to her by a friend who’s life she saved twice.

I was just a number to her. I could hear her bashing other employees before she came in, which really rubbed me the wrong way. She seemed rushed. I wanted to discuss important health issues and she just said call me when you miss your first period
