Dr. Sams knows her stuff! She is always very gracious, and she takes her patients seriously. She is quick to respond, and her assistant, Crystal, is a person I’ve never seen NOT smiling. Super caring and compassionate doctor and staff. Dr. Sams has helped me so much, and she is approachable and funny. She has an excellent reputation, and some of the best physicians use her as their personal Internist. That says a lot!

Dr. Sams has been my primary care physician for nearly ten years. She is the best. Approachable, friendly and a great listener but most importantly, knowledgable and thorough. It has been practically routine to ask many of my other health providers who their primary care internist is and several have disclosed that they are one of her patients. She was a hospitalist at some point in her career so that has given her a level of experience that her patients can optimally benefit from.

I have used Dr. Sams for many years. I find her to be warm and interested in what you have to say. If you have a concern and she does not know the answer, she finds the answer. She gives you all the time you need. In all the years I have used her, I have never felt rushed. The only problem I have found with her office is that when I leave a phone message, I don't necessarily get a response as quickly as I feel I should.
