35 years with Dr. Scannell
I’ve been a patient for 35 yrs & have never seen another gyn. Dr. Scannell listens & explains thoroughly & without judgement. However, the Nurse Rachett who answers the phone & refuses to pass on msgs or questions needs to go. I should add that she’s just as unpleasant in person. I brought my 18-yr-old niece in for her 1st visit & this woman was so rude to her, she made an already nerve-wracking experience that much worse. She brings this office’s rating way down.

My family and I have been going to Dr Scannell for 25+ years. We have all been very pleased with the care we have received. Dr. Scannell has extensive experience/knowledge and is very easy to talk with. Highly recommend Dr. Scannell.

One of THE most thorough OB/GYN doctors around. She comes highly recommended by other in the medical field and is highly regarded in surgical circles. She is extremely knowledgeable, educated, and to the point. Dr. Scannell cares deeply for her patients and women's health issues. An excellent listener and provider. You are always in good hands with her.

Dr. Scannel has so much experience and wisdom, we trust her entirely. But her staffs can be better, polite and helpful. We had to call multiple times and every time we were hesitant to call the office because of the behavior of the staff. We hope this review leads to some behavior change .

She is awesome. Takes the time to answer any questions. If she has to reschedule the spot she goes out of her way to accommodate. Best dr ever!!
