Do not schedule with this doctor
At first I thought this office would be a great fit. But they dropped the ball in many areas. I was supposed to get med refills until I was established with doctors here they did not refill one of my meds. I called and told them and never got it filled, one of my meds I need they refused to refill even though I wasn’t established yet with a new doctor. I was also told my insurance would cover this doctor and home visits and upon visit one I was told that was not true. So the intake person did not give me correct information or I would have never schedule an appointment. It was very very difficult to get call backs and help with anything. This doctor only sees disabled people and the amount of work you have to do and hoops you have to jump through to get anything or help from this office is crazy! I would not recommend this office!

Excellent Doctor
Dr Snellings is the absolute best! My Mom always look forward to seeing her and always have a positive experience after each visit. She is not only kind, patient and attentive but she is a brilliant doctor. During my Mom’s visits Dr Snellings is always organized and will ensure medications are accurate and screenings/test are ordered. Her team is also awesome and always so helpful in every way. I feel so fortunate to have her as my Mom’s doctor.

Like the original small-town doctor!
As a local healthcare provider, I have personally witnessed Dr. Snellings care for numerous patients over the last 5 years. Dr. Snellings is like the original small-town doctor that we all love to see in movies. You know the ones that you see visiting with patients in their homes, genuinely caring about the patient and creatively utilizing their medical experience and expertise to provide individualized care. She clearly wants to help, treat, heal and care for people. I recommend Dr. Snellings and Doctors At Home without hesitation.

Failure to Diagnose & Treat Elderly Parent
She or her nurse practitioner/ employed help through Doctors at Home failed to diagnose a complicated UTI in an elderly parent in assisted living. Parent went to hospital by EMS due to profound weakness, more confusion, back pain and smelly urine where the patient was found to have a severe UTI and back fractures. Fortunately he was treated and lived but had he not been sent, he would have surely died from sepsis. Additionally, they keep prescribing a slew of narcotic and psych meds, causing him to hallucinate and end up back in the hospital.

Care for elderly parent
Dr. Snellings does not provide proper care for the elderly patients she supposedly follows in assisted livings. She will not check on them if they are sick and therefore they do not receive the proper treatment and are left to potentially die. Additionally, she is very slow to respond to even a phone call explaining a patient is sick and needs relief. Example: a patient needs medication for fever and obvious illness but several days pass before any relief is ordered. Her office staff Michelle is rude and unresponsive as well. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.

I have never before done any "review" about a doctor, but I feel compelled strongly to do so as of today. Dr. Snellings is absolutely wonderful, and one of the most caring and professional medical people I have ever known... Her office staff exceeds expectations in every department and in every way possible. PA Rebecca from her office takes the cake and is the "cream of the crop" in Efficiency and Professionalism, and saved the day today with a patient. Rebecca is a blessing in so many ways!!!!
