Dr. Warden is one of the finest (if not the finest) surgeons at HUMC. Not only is she an expert surgeon, she is also very compassionate, patient, and caring. She made the entire experience of having breast cancer and the ensuing surgery much easier to swallow, and I felt that she was with me the whole way. I am heartbroken to know that she is retiring.

Had the very scary diagnoses of BC. I Thank God I found Dr. Warden. My surgery was very successful. Dr Warden called me personally to give me the surgical pathology results. Explained it well. When I went for tests before surgery, workers in those offices had a personal experience with Dr Warden, and told me I was in excellent hands. Both Dr Warden and her nurse Michelle were attentive and made me feel comfortable.

When you hear that you have cancer no matter where it is it’s devastating news and you immediately always think the worst. When we took our mom to Dr. Warden, she was very knowledgeable and conveyed all of the information to us in a way that made it less scary and more optimistic. It’s never easy but Dr. Warden and her entire staff made our experience easier. They handled us with care and making appointments was a breeze.

Dr. Warden is a wonderful doctor and person. I knew when I first went to her office that she was one of the best but when you are going through such a scary diagnosis you also need someone who is compassionate, reassuring and calming. She is all those things and more and her staff is also wonderful. I would highly recommend.

No stars for Dr Warden's front office. I tried to call to request a new patient consultation having relocated from Florida. Upon my surgeon's advice, I was to find a new doctor by the new year. Being late in doing this and after much research I selected Dr Warden as my new doctor. When I called, the receptionist put me on hold and said because I was 2 1/2 yrs post mastectomy I did not need to see a doctor and no I could not schedule an appointment. Very Very Disappointed in the service!

She ignored what I told her about my allergies to specific surgical materials, so I had a huge allergic reaction immediately after surgery that lasted over 2 weeks. I called to have her take care of the problem and was told she was on vacation and no one was covering her practice. They said she would call when she got back, but she didn't. She never documented my problems even when I asked her to. She cares more about protecting herself than her patient.
