Excellent physician, knowledgeable, & listens well
Dr. Woodhouse did my two colonoscopies. She listened to all my questions carefully, never seemed bored like many doctors do with what to them is a common procedure. She's just a very nice, educated, and knowledgeable person. The staff is extremely efficient and also very nice.

I have reffered other family members since.
I have had Dr Visits, along with, both a colonoscopy and exploratory surgery performed on separate occasions, and Dr Woodhouse was thorough, truthful, and listened to what I had to say. All results were tested and no complications resulted. I don't understand the other reviews, because she was a great Surgeon for me, and I trust her.

My son had to have an emergency appendectomy and Dr. Woodhouse was assigned as his surgeon. After surgery he continued to be in a lot of pain and was throwing up and having diarrhea. The only number given to call was the office number and no way to ask questions just “you should go to the emergency room.” My son really didn’t want to go to the emergency room again and sit there for hours so he waited it out until his post op appointment. At the appointment she dismissed his concerns that something was wrong, not even really checking the area he said hurt. She told him he was just in pain longer than most people. We took our son back to college and he ended up in urgent care and they told him he immediately needed to go to the emergency room. Long story short, he had a baseball sized abscess where his appendix had been and it was full of ecoli and strep bacteria. He had to have the abscess drained and was in the hospital for 5 days getting IV antibiotics.

If she had taken the time to listen to him and actually examine him this could have been caught much quicker and he wouldn’t have had to go through this ordeal.

Two out of three appointments this woman cancelled..beautiful weather had more allure than taking care of her patients. She obviously had better things to do than to meet with a patient that had tested positive. She left me dangling for THREE frigging months. . A long time for someone who is waiting for a diagnosis that could be cancer. Mary Woodhouse is more interested in her personal time than serving her patients. This woman should NOT be a doctor. I wouldn't send my pets to her.
