100% Positive experience
Dr Kashi did my colonoscopy and took the time to thoroughly treat and eliminate pre-cancerous polyps. She knows her stuff, and her surgical staff is so nice and comforting. They all make it as positive as possible. I highly recommend her!

Worst Care I've Ever Gotten
I ended up in the ER because of Dr. Kashi! Came to her because of debilitating diarrhea that was happening daily for months. She told me it was constipation and prescribed Plecanatide. No test were done. Ended up so dehydrated from the constant liquid waterfall coming out of my butt that I lost 10lbs and couldn't urinate at all, which of course required a visit to the ER. After the ER, when I called to try to make an appointment considering something was clearly not right, I was told I 'just had one so that doesn't make sense.' I was DENIED an appointment! So when I asked for advice on what to do they told me to go back to the ER. A different GI did a stool test and it came back positive for parasites. NOT constipation, or even close to constipation. Dr. Kashi's practice is neglectful and dangerous. Not to mention, she questioned my autism diagnoses asking me if I was sure that was correct (it is) and when I let her know I'm simply good at masking she said 'well thank god!'- very rude!

Does not listen
Dr Kashi did not listen to anything I said, was super dismissive, including dismissing recent test results. She spent less than 10 minutes with me and gave me three prescriptions I don’t want or need. Her after visit notes were completely incorrect.

Dr. Kashi was friendly enough but said she has no experience with special needs patients. She wasn’t sure what to do since my son is non-verbal. She said I should schedule any follow- up appointments with a doctor with more experience with that population.

Office difficult to contact
Dr. Kashi herself is great but trying to get through to the office to get medication refills is ridiculous! Total failure for their communication!

Awful
Dismissed my bleeding as "straining," said mucus in stool was positive (in what universe?), and told me not to compare my bowel habits to my husband (I never mentioned even being married) or a neighbor. Such a weird and offensive thing to say. I got a second opinion from a doctor at a different practice who did a colonoscopy straight away - as you should when bleeding is present - and found I had severe ulcerative colitis and life-threatening anemia as a result. I went to Dr. Kashi's office three times, once with her and twice with her nurse, before a sought a second opinion but thankfully I lived to tell the tale. Extremely unprofessional and terrible medical practice. I hope this review helps anyone else considering this doctor to find someone else and avoid all the stress and misery I put myself through by trying to have faith in her.

I was one of the first telehealth visits due to COVID19. I was concerned about this method of appointment as I am a new patient. Dr Kashi was patient, thorough, kind and professional. She really listened to my concerns and addressed every one. I was given a plan of treatment and left the call satisfied. So glad to find Dr Kashi and so glad to have her on my team!

I went went to the ER twice in one month for sever abdominal pain, I've had a CT, Ultrasound and MRI completed prior to going to Dr. Kashi's office only to meet with her PA who did not read any of the results, could not read the results and told me she could suggest an over the counter laxative. Really?!? I did not just wrack up thousands of dollars on MRI's,etc., and pay a $50 co pay for you to suggest an over the counter laxative. I waited for Dr. Kashi, who was pleasant she reviewed the images, etc.. and diagnosed me, she gave me samples and told me she would prescribe a medication and see how that works and we talked a little about a colonoscopy but nothing set in stone.. my prescription she placed the pharmacy could not fulfill because she never actually approved it but oh by the way she prescribed a colon cleanser.. which I was unaware of. I'm so confused...

Dr. Kashi and her team were so thorough. I first met with the Nurse Practitioner, and then, I met with Dr. Kashi. They listened to me and provided their thoughts and suggested options to get to the root cause of my issues and discomfort. They gained my immediate trust, and I look forward to the treatment plan and next visit. I am very happy to have seen them and be in their care.

Was referred to Dr. Kashi by a friend that is a nurse. I had zero difficulty in scheduling an appointment and my office visits went quickly with very short wait times. Ultimately Dr. Kashi saved my life through her diagnosis and expertise. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I was referred to Dr. Kashi from an ER physician who was familiar with my GI issues. She and her nurse practitioner, Lindsey, are great. I have a very complex case, and Dr. Kashi has been able to handle everything thrown at her so far and has even been able to pick up the slack (unfortunately) of other specialists who were not doing their jobs.

Went here for sharp abdominal pain. Mentioned occasional galbladder pain and diarrhea as well. Dr told me eat healthier, lose weight and come back in 3 months. 6 months later still have abdominal pain. I understand the direction, but I needed a GI doctor, not a nutritionist/personal trainer.

I was so nervous when I checked in for my first colonoscopy procedure but after meeting with Dr. Kashi, she really made me feel at ease. She was very pleasant and professional and answered the questions and concerns I have. Her whole staff were amazing. It felt like I just went in, took a half hour nap and woke up- no discomfort whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Kashi.

After waiting months to get in, my appointment was canceled. I waited 2 more weeks. It was canceled again. When I went it surprise, you are not seeing the doctor, you are seeing a nurse. Wow, I did not ask for an appointment with a nurse, I asked for an appointment with a doctor. I really feel like they just do not care.
