Thoughtful and comforting care!
My son is a goalkeeper and broke his wrist (the first broken bone in our family) and we were anxious and didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Beran was patient and comforting. He made sure my son was aware of exactly what was going on, and went out of his way to check on us frequently and ultimately helped my son gain his confidence back! Hopefully we won’t need to visit his office again, but if we do I know we will be in good hands!

My sons both had sports injuries within a couple months of one another. The process of clinic visits, surgery, and physical therapy have gone so well for them both, and we are thankful for the hard work of Dr. Beran and his team.

During my visits with Dr.Beran it was nothing but good energy and vibes. During my healing process he was always very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend Dr.Beran hands down one of the best to me.

Best Knee Doctor!! (ACL surgery)
Couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with Dr. Beran. His manner and ability to communicate the details of the injury, upcoming surgery, recovery, and return to play details. Completely put us at ease. Surgery was a huge success! Wouldn’t take my children to anyone else!

Two shoulder surgeries
After two surgeries on both of my shoulders, I could not be more satisfied with the results. I always felt comfortable at appointments with Dr. Beran, and he always gave great insight on opinions he had. Going into the operating room, I always knew I was in the best possible hands. Dr. Beran allowed me to have shoulders that feel healthier than ever, and I would recommend him to anyone with any shoulder problems.

Caring Provider
Please use judgement when viewing this website. They have a human orthopedic surgeon listed as graduating from OSU College of Vet Med. Dr. Beran cares about the long-term outcome for patients. He will provide you with information you needed to make the best decisions for your child. He will offer both surgical and nonsurgical approaches to help provide the best outcomes. He will listen to all concerns and address them to the best of his ability.

Dr. Beran is extremely kind and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients and makes sure families understand every aspect of their care. His attention to detail and desire for best outcomes is very respectable. I would always trust Dr. Beran with my child’s care.

Dr. Beran is rude and belittling.
Dr. Beran didn’t listen to anything I had to say regarding my child. He more or less told her to suck it up and didn’t even acknowledge that she had multiple fractures. I left the office in tears due to the way we were treated.

Dr. Beran has been great! I was recommended to him from a physical therapist who told me Dr. Beran is the best ACL surgeon around for kids. My daughter is currently 7 weeks post-op and is doing amazing. I am shocked at what she is able to do at PT right now. Dr. Beran has been nothing but compassionate and kind towards her. He spent lots of time with us at her first visit explaining everything and making sure she understood the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Beran to anyone who has a child needing ACL repair.
