I told him I did not want to get blood work done because I did not feel capable of handling bad news at this point in my life. He said 'ah, burying your head in the sand, I see'. I told him that comment was judgmental and that I didn't appreciate it. He tried to assert that it wasn't a few times before finally giving a half apology. He tried to issue a number of follow-up actions that I said I did not want; some of which would entail further action from him. He said he was going to issue them anyway because he is 'proactive'. I told him forming a follow-up plan without input from the patient showed poor empathy. He told me, no, he is emphatic because he was looking after my health. I do not think he knows what empathy means.

Top-notch doctor
Telehealth
I need a no-nonsense doctor who is thorough and speaks directly. Dr. Britton does not suffer fools, and is exactly right for me.

Plushcare nightmare doc
This guy is horrible. Don’t believe me, book with him. Should lose his license.

Dr. Britton knows his stuff
Dr. Britton may not be warm and fuzzy, but he's a good doctor!! He shows up!! Wouldn't we all rather that a doctor do their job as opposed to having a great bedside manner?? This guy gave it to me right between the eyes, but I respect him for that. He knows his stuff. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Arrogant nasty person.
As a surgeon, I would never ever recommend him. Condescending and arrogant, the only way to get him to stop was to tell him I was a surgeon. This is why he’s doing telehealth . Stay away.

Dr. Britton is the only doctor in TWO YEARS of suffering with my condition that paid attention enough to prescribe a medication to treat the long term problem I have. THANK YOU DR. BRITTON!
