Huge drop in quality of care in the last few years
I’ve been seeing Dr. Brown for quite a few years. For the first several years I saw him, Dr. Brown seemed to always know me. It was always clear he had looked at my chart, and was interested in how I was doing. The last couple, however, I’ve ceased to be impressed. His attention to detail in regards to my medical history has really dropped off. For example, recently he recommended a test for me. I asked why my cardiologist didn’t make that recommendation. He never answered. After the test, I got a call telling me the results, but saying I was already taking the medication I should. Then it was recommended I get a cardiologist. I have one, hence my previous question. I’ve had one for years. Why doesn’t my general practitioner know that, especially since we’ve talked about him twice in the last few months, and many times over the years?

I love Dr. Brown, he has been awesome with all my families health needs. Today we visited on behalf of my daughter, who had been told by another doctor that her symptoms were "normal". Dr. Brown actually treated my daughters symptoms and explained why she was experiencing these symptoms. Thank you Dr. Brown! :)

We LOVE Dr. Brown!! He is incredibly thorough, patient, and caring. He gets you in and out quick without feeling like anything is lacking in the care. I'll go in with questions and most of the time everything is answered before I ever have to ask them. We used to take our kids to a pediatrician thinking someone who specializes in kids might be best, but we just found that we felt Dr. Brown was more thorough and when we made the switch we felt our kids were getting better care.
