Worst Front Desk Ever
Worst Front Desk ever. I had an appoint and 10:30 and I went there at 10:17. That is 13 minutes earlier and they cancelled my appointment saying that I am supposing to be there 30 minutes earlier to fill up paper work. I have been going to many doctors for 4 years in Atlanta and they never been on time. And over 30+ years in Illinois, Florida, New York and Georgia. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY

I went in for a hoarse voice, he seemed really nice. The prescription he gave me required authorization - rather than do that, they kept trying different drugs and finally ghosted me and never called me back or anything. Going to a different doctor today - totally a waste of my time and money.

In May 2019 Dr. Carmichael performed a tonsillectomy at me (age 25), the operation went well and I wanted to wait a full year until I left a review to make sure if anything unexpected popped up. Since then, I haven't faced any common problems like i did before the tonsillectomy. Also his bedside manners were great and he did listen to what you have to say. Many thanks to Dr. Carmichael and his office staff for getting this procedure going and done!

My daughter has been going to see them for a year now. She just turned 3 at the beginning of August and they have always done so well by her! Plus getting to see the cool fish and turtles up front as well as getting a stick at the end makes everything even better.

Dr. Carmichael was GREAT! He took his time to talk to me and understand my issues. He made me feel so comfortable and after looking at my ultrasound he confirmed I had nothing to worry about! LOVED this doctor and will recommend him to ANYONE that is in need of an ENT!!

I’d give 10 stars if it was an option. Dr. Carmichael was amazing with my one year old son. He was patient and understanding and truly listened to all of my concerns regarding his ear infections and tubes. His bedside manner is incredible. He treated us like we were family and that is so rare in the medical field these days. I’d recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Dr. Carmichael is extremely kind and has an excellent bedside manner! Everyone I encountered at NE Atlanta ENT was professional, friendly and attentive. I came in for dizziness and nausea, and Dr. Carmichael carefully listened to all my concerns. He quickly determined that I had vertigo and treated me with the Epley maneuver. I felt better almost immediately. I'm thankful that he was able to fit me in on such short notice and highly recommend him.
