Dr. Cline always listens to his patients. He able to explain thing to any patient in a language so that they are able to understand their diagnosis and what they need to do for their treatment plan. He always includes the patient in the planning so the patient will be a willing participant. I have been with Dr.Cline for 20 years and wound highly recommend him to anyone wanting a partner for his/her health care. Betty Boyles
