Not good
This is not a good doctor, I’d go somewhere else. He is rude, vindictive, and really needs to be more professional.

Horrible service and experience
Nothing. Betty the Coordinator was very unprofessional. Overall experience was very disappointing. Procedure was cancelled thank goodness and we went to a more professional and qualified surgeon in my professional opinion. Out of convenience I went local and did not do the appropriate research, referrals/references and legal background research etc. ALWAYS do your research, if I had done this prior to my experience w Dr. Concannon then we wouldn't have had to deal with a week delay with the surgery and go with a family friend! We were fortunate the surgery was cancelled and we are pleased with the results from the other physician. "Patient beware and always do the appropriate research on the physician you are considering!"

I had a consultation with Dr. Concannon in November, 2018.His office then sent an order for blood work which I had drawn on 12/14/18.After calling his office two or three times on 12/28/18 & 1/4/2019 I have yet to receive a call back about my results even though I requested a call back & left number.Do not go to his office as their excuses thus far have been “It is Christmas” on 12/28 “We have not received the results” on 1/4/19 and from nurse “guess I need to check my messages.” Waste of time!

I came to see Dr Concannon with severe left wrist pain that was interfering with my sports activities as well as my computer work. Dr Concannon quickly & accurately diagnosed the problem (De Quervain's tenosynovitis). He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, different options to treat the issue & answer all of my questions. After a short 20 minute surgical procedure i was out the door. 2 weeks later, i'm back on my mountain bike and pain free. I wish all of my doctors were this good!

Dr, Concannon was very thorough and professional; he listened carefully to my issues and I felt like he cared about my concerns. His staff (the nurses, and Betty, the patient care coordinator) were AMAZING, they gave me so much insight into my condition and what I had to expect if I chose a surgical option. As it turns out I did do surgery with Dr. Concannon and I am THRILLED with my outcome. Who ever heard of a doctor giving you their cell phone number in case there was a problem or question?

Dr. Concannon exhibited great bedside professionalism along with the ability to answer all of my questions efficiently. He was honest about what to expect and what not to expect. The procedure was explained to me multiple times and he always welcomed questions. The staff (and Dr. Concannon) was great and took exceptional care of me during both surgeries and at all of my follow-up visits. Recommend him to others and would go back myself!
