We have been patients of Dr. Cook for years. He and his office staff have always been very professional and caring. He has always addressed our issues and thoroughly explains everything. In my opinion he truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile. A doctor can't change a diagnosis code to accommodate a patients financial needs. We have found this office to be highly ethical and feel they truly care about the wellbeing of their patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooks for over 25 years. I lost my insurance, they charged me a $40 office visit. Then he hooked up with Mt. Carmel and then office visit went to $75. I had an appt today, office visit $132.! I didn't even see the doctor. They told me they would call my prescription in and I needed to come back next month? I am so hurt that Dr. Cook is so important now, that it cost me that much money for his signature. Obviously, I'm looking for another doctor

I would not recommend Dr. Cook's office to anyone. The office has very unethical billing and coding practices. They do not care about the patients. To me, they only care about how they can get your money. Be sure to check you bill IF you do go there. There are many good doctors in the area to choose from, choose wisely.

Patient for 16 years. He is always friendly and courteous. Sometimes appears to be in a rush but have never left feeling he did not address my issues.
