Dr Crooks is very knowledgeable of course. I'm super confident in his handling of my pain management. The staff members are always very nice and caring

Service with Dr Crooks was excellent. This includes all the moving parts. Check-in, then transitioning to the medical assistant (MA) BP, IV etc.. it was warm, friendly and help set me at ease. Lastly doctor Crooks and his ENTIRE operating room staff. They were friendly, warm & reassuring. For me this is SO important if I’m going to have and maintain a go-forward relationship, which I plan on doing. Thank you everyone for making my visit and procedure top tier.

The staff are all so nice and kind. Dr Crooks takes the time to listen to my symptoms. He gives options for treatment and is friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr Crooks is honest and helped me immensely. I just recently had to switch dr’s so I was a bit nervous but Dr Crooks put me at ease right away and I had relief at last!!

I like that the provider(s) have another person in the room recording conversations so they can give the patient their FULL, undivided attention.

He was very nice. He was to schedule a procedure. Nothing happened. One month later I went to Dr. Again and there was no documentation. They said they’d get back to me. Never did. 2 hour drive to the office

TERRIBLE! GAVE ME OPIOIDS THAT MADE ME TO FALL 36 HRS AFTER PROCEDURE. WROTE NOTES TO PREVIOUS MD TELLING HIM I WAS UNCOOPERATIVE; I'D DISMISSED THE PROCEDURE HE WANTED TO DO NEXT! NP WAS EVEN WORSE (1 OF 2), LEFT ME WITHOUT HELP.

The efficiency of not only the staff, but the physician himself. He knew my whole medical situation. I was very impressed.

First experience with pain doctor. Staff was very friendly and very little wait time. Dr. Crooks was very thorough and asked all the right questions. Listened well and responded with a plan of action. What more can you ask for???
