Attentive and cares
Dr. Dennis genuinely cares about my son’s progress and is there to celebrate the wins with us. He’s also there with a thorough explanation of why we won’t make an anticipated change in my son’s treatment. During every appointment, he always ensures we know what the plan is and agree to it. When I’ve reached out either through the online patient portal or the nurse phone line, I’ve always received a quick response from him or his team of nurses and the desire to ensure we understand is always there.
