I had to have an emergency appendectomy at Decatur ER. He was very caring and took his time in explaining the risks of having and not having the surgery. I’m pregnant and he really made sure I was comfortable during the entire process.

I went to Decatur General for diverticulitis issues. Dr Figh was very informative and easy to talk to. Made me feel very comfortable. My follow up visits at his office have been great. He’s on time and he take some the time to answer all my questions.

I had to have my gall bladder taken out unexpectedly a few weeks ago. Not only did he educate me extensively on any side effects I may have after the surgery he also made sure to explain what my body was going through at that point in time. Not only did I learn something new but I felt like him and his staff treated me with kindness and respect every patient deserves. The surgery went great and if I ever have anything else that involves surgery come up I will definitely try to get in to see him.
