Dr. Matthew Filippi, DPM

Dr. Filippi is a very knowledgeable doctor with a great bedside manner. He answered all of my questions and relieved my pain from plantar fasciitis. What a godsend to walk without pain!

Dr Fillippi has a great bedside manner and always explains things so I can understand. Very patient with questions. His receptionist and insurance person have been helpful. I have seen 2 other podiatrists in the area and Dr Fillippi has been the best. His diagnosis has always been accurate.

Was called about a bill that was owed and was told that they were getting their lawyers involved if I didn’t pay it. The staff that called me about this matter was rude and inconsiderate. A payment plan was not offered until I had mentioned it. Then she told me I had to pay these high monthly payments that I can not afford. They didn’t even try to work out a reasonable amount. Went I first dealt with this establishment they were kind people, now they are just rude and money hungry and try to use scare tactics instead of just working with the patients.

Went to see him and asked if he would X-ray my foot. Horrible pain! Said it was swollen and told me inserts would help. A month later I got a second opinion. I have a small fracture where I asked him to X-ray. 2 bone spurs, hammer toe, bad arthritis. And actually more problems. I would not recommend him but to anyone!

He put me right at ease with his knowledge, despite my apprehension of many doctors. Another doctor recommended him, as well as trusted friends.

Dr. Filippi diagnosed my condition, offered options to address the pain and respected the course I chose to follow. He answered all of my questions with ease and care. I would recommend him to others.

A very odd bedside manner, a bit condescending, flipant and did not explain exactly what my issue is.

Was billed for services that were not explained and written on a Non services waiver.
