I have been going to Dr. Frankel for at least 25 years. The care I receive is always top notch and that's why I continued with his practice as it moved to MDVIP. Dr. Frankel knows me and has gone above and beyond in my care. He is always up to date on the latest research, treatments, and medicines. Over the years, Dr, Frankel has made many quality referrals. I also always appreciate the service Dr. Frankel's staff provides.

I have been seeing Dr Frankel for several years and have always had a good experience. I am a member of the concierge program, which admittedly is an additional cost, but the extra time spent with Dr Frankel and the convenience of after normal business hours care has proved itself to be very beneficial.

I am very satisfied with the service and treatment I receive not only from Dr. Frankel himself, but also from his excellent staff. Dr. Frankel always listens to me and always knows how to "fix" a problem I may be having. When my problem involves a specialist, he always refers me to the best qualified people. I have never had a bad experience with any of his references. When I do have a problem, Dr. Frankel always wants to see me again to make sure I have improved. I'm very happy with him.

Dr. Frankel's office was helpful in putting in referrals and you can get in for an appt. relatively quickly-- those are positives. However, I had to leave this practice as it uses a billing company that will double bill you for your appts. When I tried to work with the office on this issue, it was very difficult to clear it up. I had to go in multiple times and the staff was rude. Healthcare is already stressful-- don't need to be doublebilled on top of that. Dr., too, is fairly checked out.

Dr. Frankel is an excellent physician. He does not rush through appointments. He's a good listener, and he provides thorough examinations. If I call with a question, Dr. Frankel returns the call within the same day. I'm very satisfied with my care.
