Doesn't respond to messages
I called his office requesting a perscription,on Monday, called back Thursday still no response. In all my life I've never had a dr not respond to a patient. Guess I'll be looking for a new provider.

Horrible Doctor
Have never been treated by a physician the way I was treated by “Dr. Matt”. I was referred to him as my family doctor was leaving. When I was waiting for him to come in the office, No introduction, what are you here for.?!? I was shocked!! Doesn’t have 1 ounce of bedside manner. Was rude, could not understand why I am taking a couple prescriptions for my stomach. Well I clearly needed the prescriptions and have been doing amazing for the last 10 years with the medicine. Well let’s refer you out, why?!? Is it just for the money or what? Save your time, this is why his schedule is wide open, he is rude and nobody wants to see him.

This man was dismissive and arrogant and for 3 months he treated my wife for sciatica. It was only after we changed doctors that it was discovered that she had a non-smokers form of metastatic lung cancer, which was already stage 4. She died 5 months later. I would never advise anyone to see this quack.

I love State Road Family Practice. The Staff is fantastic and knows what they are doing. They will help if you have an Insurance problem. Dr. Matthew Frantz, is one of the best Doctors I have seen in a very long time. He know who you are, and what is best for you. He does not rush you out f the exam room, and will address all your concerns and questions. I just cant say enough about Him. I feel blessed to have Him as my Doctor.
