Not my #1 pick
Although he seems like a friendly person, I cannot recommend Dr. Goodstein. On instinct, after seeing him, I traveled to Denver to obtain a second opinion, which was quite different from Dr. Goodstein's diagnosis. Because the two diagnoses were so far apart, I sought yet a third opinion from another Denver ENT. Ultimately, I was forced to conclude that Dr. Goodstein's initial diagnosis was simply incorrect.

Office Manager Skills Deficient
I was contacted 2 days before a visit that I had waited 30 days for.....to say that my insurance was not accepted by this practice. They could have said that when I made the appointment.....but instead waited until 2 days before my visit. Beware of this office's practices. Dont let this happen to you.

Dr. Goodstein is a horrible ENT. He misdiagnosed my deviated septum and chronic sinusitis then pushed me into getting an unneeded operation on my sinuses, which did not fix the issue at hand. Then he wouldn't listen to me when I told him my symptoms and told me that I had a nerve issue. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra two hours down to Denver and see an ENT that truly cares about your wellbeing.

I took my child to see Dr. Goodstein for chronic nosebleeds. He was excellent. He talked directly to my child and made her feel extremely comfortable. He listened to her explanation of what happens when she gets a nose bleed. His recommendations have worked great. He did not push surgery which I was expecting seeing as though he is a surgeon. His office staff were efficient and polite. I would definitely recommend Dr. Goodstein to others.

I saw Dr. Goodstein for a possible sinus infection. He determined it was not sinus and did not recommend surgery, but sent me to an allergist and now I feel great! His staff was awesome and on top of everything from records to insurance!

I'm sorry to report that I cannot recommend Dr Goodstein. He does not seem to listen, and seems quick to recommend sinus surgery for whatever ails you. In my opinion, he doesn't seem to refer to prior notes about medical conditions when in an appt.; each appt seems like the first visit. His assistant Jan is awesome, but sadly, she's not the doc. If you see him and he recommends surgery, PLEASE get a 2nd opinion before proceeding.

Horrible bedside manner. He physically pushed my oldest son when trying to help my youngest remain calm. He also traumatized my youngest with how rough he was. I complained once and gave him a second chance. I will NOT be going back and will drive as far as GJT. to not ever have to deal with him and him hurting my kids. He needs to retire if he is sick of dealing with the people who provide him a living.

Best ENT surgeon I have seen! I had a deviated septum and infected cysts in my sinuses. First ENT I saw had minimal experience. I Wanted a 2nd opinion and someone to do the surgery before end of the year and I got in to surgery within 2 weeks. He ordered a CT Scan and at the preop he went over my nose and sinuses with me. I had one of the worst deviated nasal septums he had seen. Great bedside manner and successful surgery and my recovery is going great. Thanks Doctor Goodstein!

Dr. Goodstein performed 2 procedures on my sinuses. I continued to have infections in my nose. He told me there was nothing he could do further for me. He also did not make any recommendations. On my own I sought out advice from another ENT. He took one look at me and suggested frontal sinus surgery. Since the frontal sinus surgery, I have not had any problems. I would not recommend this doctor. Get a second opinion!! There should me more ENT Drs. in this valley. Competition is good!
