Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

We were rushed. We did not get any definitive answers or even a plan of action to understand what might have been going on. He seemed like he had better places to be.

Dr. Hazen is awesome and I’d highly recommend him. He was patient with us, listened and cared about my concerns and was great with my son! He really talked through thoughts and ideas and was humble in his approach which I appreciated from a doctor! He was knowledgeable about my son’s situation which actually required a cognitive approach not a medicine approach and I was so thankful for his knowledge and for working with my son to resolve the issue in a more clinical way vs. just throwing medicine at the problem. I can’t thank him enough!

During our office visit, Dr. Hazen was very short with us. This was our son's first appointment since our regular doctor at this practice retired after caring for our children for 13 + years. We were excited to meet Dr. Hazen and fully expected a good visit as we'd had in the past. He breezed quickly into the room without eye contact, laptop in hand, did not shake our hands. He jumped into the facts of the visit, and during our answers to his questions, often interrupted. Rushed, cold visit.

Both of my boys have asthma, but they trigger differently and need to manage it differently. We were not thrilled with our current level of asthma care and were referred to Dr. Hazen by a friend. Dr. Hazen was extremely thorough with each boy. He had great bedside manner with the kids, which made their participation in the appointment much better. He was a great listener and presented options to us when they were available. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and efficient.
