Don’t be in a Hurry
Matt seems to be a competent MD however his scheduling is ridiculous and just plain inconsiderate. I've waited for him before but on my last appointment with him I waited 40 minutes in his exam room before I decided to walk.I understand if there is an issue with a patient before me but let me know! Don’t assume that my time means nothing, tell the nurse that he’s behind and will be with me in # minutes and let me decide if I want to wait or not.I will be changing to a more considerate individual-office and will ask before I change if the scheduling is more accurate.

Dr. Irvin has been amazing to me since I found him in 2015. Has always listened to my concerns and worked with me to come up with a treatment plan. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Forcing us to quit - Dr. Irvin and his nursing staff is great, but after being a patient of Dr. Irvin for over a decade, the last two appointments with the front office staff has backed us into a position where we HAVE TO find a new doctor. The last straw was today when we I told by the person taking the appointment it would have to be a 'Virtual' "tele-appointment" for my wife; NOPE! NO WAY! I pay full price for my wife to see my doctor due to a condition we delayed to make sure it was important enough (we only see Dr. Irvin 1-2 times a year as we're largely healthy) to have her physically "checked" and we get pushed to 'Facetime'? Screw that - we're out!

My first visit to Dr. Irvin and his staff was very encouraging, as was their follow-up. The atmosphere is more informal and less intimidating than the average medical office. My needs were addressed and prescriptions sent promptly. I look forward to a long association. Highly recommended on all counts.

I have no problem with the physician but I have a problem with accepting new patients and then not being able to schedule them to be seen. I waited over 3 months for my initial visit. Two months later I'm ill and was told to go to a walk in clinic because they have no openings. Must be nice to have a practice where you only see well people.
