His Staff Is NOT Good!
Overall, I really liked Dr. Irvin & felt he could help with my excruciating back pain I had experienced for quite a long time. He made some suggestions as to how we might proceed with treatment & indicated that his medical assistant would reach out to me to set up an appt. for a diagnostic procedure. After waiting over 2 weeks, & hearing nothing, I phoned his office on Mon. morning & left a message. I waited all day & on Tues. afternoon I left another message. Wed. afternoon when I haven’t heard anything I called again and finally spoke to someone & explain the situation. She told me she would call me back the next day. As of tomorrow, it will have been 2 wks. since I spoke to her – a total of 4 wks. since I first saw Dr. Irvin & I’ve heard nothing. My daughter called last week & was told that she would receive a call back. We are still waiting! Perhaps Dr. Irvin IS as good as I’d thought he’d be but I’ll never know thanks to his staff. VERY disappointed!!!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Irvin?
Dr. Irvin is practising in Southern Utah (St George) at the time of this review (July 2021) Dr. Irvin is an excellent listener and a magician with needles. I feel completely at ease when visiting him. I trust his recommendations. I have seen a lot of Pain Managment Doctors over the years. I have had several proceedures under his care. Scheduling is not too difficult (Although the voicemail system could use improvement). He's also a very nice man and is seldom if ever late. My appointments are usually about 15 minutes and I feel like I get the time to ask my questions and get solid answers in return. I am also impressed with his MA Kevin who has not let me down when asking for referrals and reports sent out to other Doctors I am seeing. He is gaining in popularity so it may be harder to get appointments for new patients now. I was very lucky and was able to see him quite quickly after he relocated from Washington.
