He left me with a infection after knee replacement I asked for a second opinion and he referred me to Dr Kevin Paley

I had left knee surgery. My doctor retired before he performed my right knee surgery. They switched me to another doctor within a week. I now have a surgery date set up. All of this happened within a weeks time. Very impressive

Dr Lawless listened to everything I said. He carefully explained an additional exercise he wanted me to do. He had me practice it. He's a great surgeon! He straightened my leg during the surgery. That made recovery much more painful but I'm walking so much better. In the long run, I'll suffer less pain and remain mobile longer which will help me be independent much longer. The X-ray technician was very kind. She lined me up carefully for each shot and understood my limitations. I've had rheumatoid arthritis attacking my joints for over 50 years. My right ankle has been fused since 2008 which really makes it hard to position my body. The person who took me to the exam room was very pleasant and upbeat. Checking out was easy and quick.

receptionists were preoccupied and when I was called over the one was short and brusque. The nurse was extremely nice who took me to the room to wait for the dr. The resident was very nice and attentive. He talked things out with me and I felt listened to. The dr was bordering on rude though. He jumped to conclusions about my weight without consulting my history or asking and even when I explained he basically said "try harder". Insensitive.
