Dr Mai is caring and compassionate. He has performed two surgeries on me I always feel like I’m in great hands.

Dr Mai's office is a well oiled machine. Walk in, check in, get an xray, get called back to see Dr Mai. Staff is friendly and professional. My hip is great. Even took care of the referred pain in my knee. Very happy.

I suffered with pain from a fall for 4 years before finding Dr. Mai. I was referred to him from another hip doctor in Texas due to the severity of my condition which ended up being iscehiofemoral space impingement (IFI). Due to my severity, I did not get instant relief from the nerve pain after hip surgery after 4 years being pinched. However, Dr. Mai felt like another surgery was needed to remove scar tissue 5 weeks later. It has taken awhile to start feeling better from the two surgeries, but I can say Dr. Mai is the best in his field. He is knowledgeable, caring, and supportive of the patients. His staff are amazing also. They helped me in so many ways and continue to answer my questions 3 months after surgery. I have an IFI on my right side as well and when the time comes (hopefully in years), I will definitely fly to Florida again to have Dr. Mai perform the surgery. Thank you Dr. Mai, you are the best!

I need a doctor who listens to me

Quick and easy

Dr. Mai explains everything very well. He has repaired 2 ruptured tendons in my legs and a total hip replacement. Now I need the other hip replaced and I would not have ANYONE else do it! He is the best!

Dr Mai took the time to be sure I understood everything that was going on with my hip and thoroughtly explained his next steps, as well as future steps.

First the appointment was on time, Very quick and very informative. Immediately went to ray and results were immediate and led to doctors consultation room. The assistant provided much information and explained the x-rays and severity and explained options. Surgeon then arrived with further explanation and treatment recommendations. He recommended steroid injection and gave detailed advice on what to watch for post treatment. Got the injection almost immediately and he stayed to answer a few questions. Entire experience was first rate. Definitely recommend!!

Dr. Mai's medical team are professional, caring, funny, kind. and highly training. I would recommend his services to anyone who requires this type of surgery. I was met by a highly trained front office and outstanding nursing team, and all those others that assisted in making my visit and fantastic experience. I am thankful to my Physical Therapist who recommended Dr Mai to me.

All staff knew their individual jobs and were efficient and clear in giving information. Dr Mai is the best in what he does. When he came in to speak to me of my issues, his staff had done their jobs well of informing him of what I had talked to them about and he was clear in informing me of how he could help me resolve my hip problems.

Staff is attentive. Well run organization. Surgery was done extremely well and there was no need to be put under general anesthesia. Dr. Mai is an awesome surgeon, and I was happy with everything.
