Explains things that lay people can understand. Very knowledgeable, does not treat the patient like they are too stupid to understand what he says. Another George Dutkewych!!

Excellent “country” doctor who takes his time and CARES about his patients. Rare to find this quality of doctor.

This office is horrible do not take your family here if you truly love them. They do not call you back with lab results when on blood thinners. The girls in the office are very rude. The aides taking bp's don't even take them properly.

Dr. McKay is a great doctor, very caring and understanding. However, most of the staff at Oneida Medical are horrible. Your prescriptions are either called in incorrectly or not at all month after month. When you call to try to get them to fix their mistake, you get excuses and sometimes rude staff. No matter how many times you call back because you need your medications, it's not done in a timely matter, even though the office made the mistake, and you're left without medication for days.

If it was just doctor McKay that you are dealing with it would be great. But every doctor has staff that works for him. And unfortunately Dr Mckay's staff is not good. Their very unprofessional taking about patients after they call complaining about them. When ever you need anything called in, as referrals or prescriptions it's never done. Don't waste your time going to this office if you need results. It's not worth the stress and aggravation having to babysit his staff.
